MaskTogetherAmerica’s Health Justice toolkit aims to provide assistance to people in the U.S. who want to take action to fight discrimination and inequity in health care. In this toolkit, you will find templates for letters that you can send to your congresspeople on matters regarding health equity, our right to safe access to healthcare, and related issues. You can use the basic templates and add in other evidence, or any relevant personal points. No effort is too small. Each email, phone call, and hand-written letter helps!
