Meet Frank Blanceró Ambassador of MaskTogetherAmerica

Frank Blanceró is a leader, Long COVID community advocate, and activist who works at the intersection of public health and emergency management.

Frank is currently serving as Manager of Community Action, Learning, and Growth at the World Health Network (WHN). From the early stages of the pandemic until spring of 2023, Frank served as Coalition Director for the Staten Island Community Organizations Active in Disaster (SI COAD) and grew the coalition, its programs, its reach, and its impact from borough-wide to city-wide and beyond.

He has responded to the COVID-19 pandemic, the MPOX epidemic, hurricanes Ida and Henri, among numerous other crises. In his role as an emergency manager, he’s developed plans, resources, programs, and systems to better prepare New York City for upcoming disasters.

Throughout the pandemic, Frank has also held titles across dozens of committees, advisory boards, task forces, etc. addressing COVID-19, Long COVID, climate related disasters, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and more.
