Daisy Padro is a Retired Social Worker, Medical Assistant, and Substance Abuse Counselor. She recently married in July 2021
“I got vaccinated and wear my mask for my family and humanity,” said Daisy. “We have lost too many loved ones to Covid.” Daisy has a bright and bubbly personality. She loves being around her friends and serving the community.
Before the pandemic, Daisy, 66 years old, was very active. Daisy was a regular volunteer at a soup kitchen in East Harlem. She tutored and mentored children but had to stop at the start of the pandemic. “My ability to help is limited because of my health condition and my age.”
